This policy document outlines the terms and conditions for advertising on the HBC platform. Its primary purpose is to establish clear rules for advertisers, maintain a high quality user experience, and ensure that advertising practices are aligned with HBC's business goals and community values. The policy is designed to be comprehensive and to protect HBC's interests above all, while providing a valuable service to its Hindu entrepreneur community.
II. Policy Statement
All advertising on the HBC platform is a premium service reserved exclusively for registered businesses with a paid subscription. Advertisement placements are offered on a space available basis and are subject to HBC's sole discretion regarding content, format, and placement.
HBC reserves the right to:

· Make these changes with or without prior notice to the advertiser.
Refund Policy:
· No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including the rejection, removal, or modification of an advertisement.
· By purchasing ad space, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final.
III. Ad Placements and Availability
HBC will offer advertising opportunities in the following high visibility areas:
· Homepage Banners: Prominent banner ads on the main landing page, offering maximum exposure.

· Other placements: HBC may, at its discretion, introduce new ad placements in the future, such as newsletter sponsorships or featured product spots.
IV. Advertisement Content and Guidelines
To maintain the integrity of the HBC platform and its community, all advertisements must adhere to the following strict content guidelines:
Advertisement Eligibility and Content Policy
To maintain the integrity and values of the Hindu Business Community (HBC) portal, all advertisers must adhere to the following policy. This policy is in effect for all ad placements, regardless of the advertiser's membership status.
1. Eligibility for Advertisements
· All businesses and products advertised on the HBC portal must be owned and operated by a Hindu entrepreneur.
· The content of all advertisements must be in alignment with the values and ethos of the HBC community.
2. Exception Clause
· At the sole and absolute discretion of the HBC management, advertisements from businesses or individuals of other communities may be offered on a case by case basis.
· Such exceptions are made exclusively by the management and do not set a precedent for future ad placements.
3. Final Authority
· The HBC management reserves the exclusive right to determine the eligibility and suitability of any advertisement.
· No member, whether free or paid, nor any advertiser, has the right to challenge, question, or dispute any decision made by the HBC management regarding this policy or any specific advertisement. All such decisions are final and binding.
By placing an advertisement on the HBC portal, the advertiser formally acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all terms of this policy.
· Truthfulness and Accuracy: Advertisements must not be misleading, deceptive, or make false claims about products, services, or pricing. All claims must be verifiable.
· Quality and Relevance: Ads should be professionally designed, high-resolution, and relevant to the HBC user base. Poor-quality or irrelevant ads may be rejected.
· Prohibited Content: Advertisements for the following are strictly prohibited:
o Harmful or illegal products/services.
o Content that is discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
o Products that do not align with Hindu cultural or religious values.
o Competitors of HBC (e.g., other business listing platforms).
o Content that infringes on any intellectual property rights.
· Ad Specifications: Advertisers must adhere to the technical specifications provided by HBC for ad size, format, and file type.
