1. INTRODUCTION

This Shipping & Delivery Policy ("Policy") governs the shipping, dispatch, transportation, delivery, and related services applicable to products purchased through GlobalHBC.com ("Platform"), promoted by Sansra IBS India Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "GlobalHBC", "we", "our", or "us").

This Policy forms an integral part of the GlobalHBC Terms & Conditions. By placing an order through the Platform, Customers and Vendors agree to comply with this Policy.

2. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY

The purpose of this Policy is to:

  • establish transparent shipping procedures;

  • define the responsibilities of Vendors, Customers, logistics providers, and the Company;

  • reduce disputes relating to shipment and delivery;

  • provide reasonable expectations regarding dispatch and delivery;

  • support compliance with applicable laws.

3. SCOPE

This Policy applies to:

  • all physical products sold through GlobalHBC;

  • Vendors listing physical goods;

  • Customers purchasing physical goods;

  • logistics providers engaged by Vendors or the Company;

  • orders placed through the Platform.

This Policy does not apply to:

  • digital products;

  • downloadable software;

  • online services that do not involve shipment;

  • professional services performed without physical delivery.

4. MARKETPLACE SHIPPING MODEL

4.1 Nature of the Platform

GlobalHBC operates primarily as a technology marketplace.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • the Vendor is responsible for packaging and dispatching products;

  • the Vendor selects the shipping method unless the Platform provides another option;

  • the Vendor is responsible for ensuring lawful shipment;

  • the Company does not itself act as the carrier or courier.

4.2 Platform-Assisted Logistics

Where GlobalHBC offers logistics integration or shipping assistance, such services are provided to facilitate shipping. The applicable Vendor remains responsible for the product until delivery, except where the law provides otherwise or the Company expressly assumes responsibility under a separate agreement.

5. SHIPPING COVERAGE

Vendors may ship products to locations where delivery is reasonably available.

Availability depends on:

  • courier serviceability;

  • local regulations;

  • product category;

  • weather conditions;

  • transport restrictions;

  • operational limitations.

The Company does not guarantee delivery to every location.

6. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • destination;

  • weight;

  • dimensions;

  • courier;

  • delivery speed;

  • promotional offers;

  • product category;

  • Vendor-specific policies.

Where applicable, shipping charges shall be displayed before checkout.

The Company may revise shipping charges from time to time.

7. ORDER PROCESSING

After successful payment and order confirmation:

  1. the Vendor receives the order;

  2. the Vendor verifies stock availability;

  3. the Vendor prepares the shipment;

  4. the Vendor packages the product;

  5. the Vendor dispatches the shipment through an approved logistics provider or another suitable carrier.

The Company may provide order management tools but does not guarantee Vendor processing times.

8. PROCESSING TIME

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Vendors should process orders promptly;

  • estimated processing times may be displayed on the Platform;

  • weekends, public holidays, natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events may affect processing times.

Customers acknowledge that processing time is separate from shipping time.

9. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Delivery estimates displayed on the Platform are indicative only.

Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • courier delays;

  • weather;

  • customs clearance (where applicable);

  • local restrictions;

  • inaccurate delivery information;

  • operational issues;

  • force majeure events.

The Company does not guarantee delivery within an estimated timeframe unless expressly stated.

10. SHIPPING METHODS

Vendors may use:

  • India Post;

  • recognized courier companies;

  • freight services;

  • local delivery partners;

  • logistics providers integrated with the Platform;

  • other lawful transportation providers.

11. ORDER TRACKING

Where tracking is available, the Vendor or Platform shall provide tracking details after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status using the provided tracking information.

Tracking availability depends on the logistics provider.

12. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Every Vendor shall:

  • dispatch orders within the committed timeframe;

  • package products securely and appropriately;

  • use reliable shipping methods;

  • provide accurate shipment details;

  • comply with transport regulations;

  • provide invoices where required;

  • ensure lawful transportation of products;

  • promptly inform Customers of material shipping delays.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in corrective action under the Platform's Terms & Conditions.

13. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers shall:

  • provide accurate delivery details;

  • ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment where applicable;

  • inspect products upon delivery;

  • promptly report visible shipping damage or shortages;

  • cooperate with delivery personnel.

The Company and Vendor are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information provided by the Customer.

14. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Orders shall be delivered to the address provided by the Customer during checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • the address is complete;

  • the postal code is correct;

  • contact numbers are accurate;

  • delivery instructions, if any, are clear.

Changes to the delivery address after dispatch may not be possible and may result in additional charges where applicable.

15. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, the logistics provider may make additional attempts according to its own policies.

If delivery remains unsuccessful due to the Customer's unavailability or incorrect information, the shipment may be returned to the Vendor or handled in accordance with the carrier's procedures.

Any additional shipping costs arising from re-delivery may be borne by the Customer where permitted by applicable law and disclosed in advance.

16. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

16.1 A delivery shall generally be considered completed when:

  • the shipment is delivered to the address provided by the Customer;

  • the shipment is received by the Customer or an authorized recipient at the delivery address;

  • delivery is confirmed through the courier's proof of delivery or equivalent records, subject to applicable law.

16.2 The Company may rely on the delivery confirmation provided by the logistics partner for operational purposes. Such confirmation does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

17. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

Customers should inspect the package promptly upon receipt.

Where reasonably possible, Customers should verify:

  • package condition;

  • quantity received;

  • visible damage;

  • product identity;

  • signs of tampering.

If visible damage or discrepancies are identified, Customers should notify the Vendor or the Platform within the applicable reporting period.

18. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Where a shipment is received in a damaged condition:

  • the Customer should retain the original packaging where reasonably possible;

  • supporting photographs or videos may be requested;

  • the Vendor or Company may investigate the claim;

  • the matter shall be handled in accordance with the applicable Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Company may facilitate communication between the Customer and Vendor but does not guarantee the outcome of third-party claims.

19. LOST SHIPMENTS

A shipment may be treated as potentially lost where:

  • tracking shows no movement for an unusually extended period;

  • the logistics provider confirms loss;

  • delivery cannot reasonably be completed.

The Company may assist in coordinating with the Vendor and logistics provider to investigate the matter.

Any refund, replacement, or compensation shall be subject to applicable law and the relevant policies.

20. DELAYED DELIVERIES

Delivery timelines displayed on the Platform are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

Delays may arise due to:

  • weather conditions;

  • transport disruptions;

  • courier delays;

  • customs procedures;

  • public holidays;

  • strikes;

  • government restrictions;

  • security checks;

  • natural disasters;

  • technical issues;

  • force majeure events.

The Company shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

21. PARTIAL DELIVERIES

Where an order contains multiple products, the Vendor may dispatch products separately.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • products may arrive on different dates;

  • separate tracking numbers may be issued;

  • delivery charges may vary in accordance with the applicable order terms.

22. REFUSED DELIVERIES

If a Customer refuses delivery without a valid reason permitted under applicable law or the applicable return policy:

  • the shipment may be returned to the Vendor;

  • return shipping charges or other applicable charges may be deducted where permitted and disclosed;

  • refunds, if any, shall be processed in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

23. FAILED DELIVERY DUE TO CUSTOMER

The Company and Vendor shall not be responsible where delivery fails because the Customer:

  • provided an incorrect address;

  • provided an incorrect contact number;

  • repeatedly failed to accept delivery;

  • requested repeated delivery changes after dispatch;

  • failed to cooperate with the delivery process.

Additional delivery attempts may attract further charges where applicable.

24. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Where international shipping is offered:

Customers shall be responsible for:

  • customs duties;

  • import taxes;

  • local regulatory compliance;

  • customs documentation required from the recipient;

  • restrictions imposed by the destination country.

The Vendor shall be responsible for complying with export requirements applicable to the shipment.

25. RISK OF LOSS

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing:

  • risk of loss passes in accordance with the applicable shipping arrangement and governing law;

  • title to goods transfers only as provided in the applicable sales terms between the Vendor and Customer. Where GlobalHBC is not the seller, it does not assume ownership of the goods solely by facilitating the transaction.

26. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain products may be restricted from shipping due to:

  • legal requirements;

  • hazardous material regulations;

  • courier limitations;

  • export controls;

  • import restrictions;

  • local government regulations.

The Company may remove or restrict such listings where necessary to comply with applicable law.


27. THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICS PROVIDERS

The Platform may integrate with third-party courier and logistics providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Company:

  • does not own or operate such logistics providers;

  • is not responsible for their independent acts or omissions;

  • does not guarantee delivery performance.

The Company may assist Users in communicating with logistics providers where appropriate.

28. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither the Company nor the Vendor shall be liable for delays or failures in shipping arising from events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • floods;

  • earthquakes;

  • fires;

  • epidemics;

  • pandemics;

  • war;

  • civil unrest;

  • terrorism;

  • strikes;

  • power failures;

  • internet outages;

  • transport disruptions;

  • government actions;

  • court orders.

The affected party shall use reasonable efforts to resume normal performance once the event has ceased.

29. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from shipping or delivery;

  • the Company is not responsible for losses caused by the independent actions of Vendors, Customers, or logistics providers;

  • nothing in this Policy excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

30. SHIPPING DISPUTES

Where a dispute arises regarding shipment or delivery:

  1. the Customer should first contact the Vendor through the Platform;

  2. the Company may facilitate communication between the parties;

  3. unresolved disputes shall be handled in accordance with the Platform's Terms & Conditions, applicable policies, and applicable law.

31. FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect Users and the Platform, the Company may:

  • verify shipping information;

  • request additional documentation;

  • suspend suspicious orders;

  • investigate repeated delivery failures;

  • cooperate with lawful investigations.

32. RECORDS

The Company may maintain electronic records relating to:

  • shipping details;

  • dispatch information;

  • tracking events;

  • delivery confirmations;

  • communications relevant to shipping;

  • customer complaints. Such records may be used for operational, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance purposes, subject to applicable privacy laws.

33. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Customers may contact the Vendor or GlobalHBC Customer Support using the contact details published on the Platform for shipping-related assistance.

Support availability, response times, and escalation procedures may be described in separate customer support policies.

34. POLICY AMENDMENTS

The Company reserves the right to amend this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

35. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be read together with the GlobalHBC Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.
