Membership Agreement, Terms of Use, and Code of Conduct
1. Introduction and Purpose
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the access, registration, and use of the platform www.globalhbc.com (“Platform”), operated under the name Global Hindu Business Community ("organisation").
The primary objective of the Platform is to create a unified digital ecosystem for individuals belonging to the Hindu community, including entrepreneurs, professionals, service providers, and business owners, to showcase, promote, and grow their businesses and services. The platform facilitates collaboration, mutual support, and economic growth within the community while promoting the values and principles of Hindu Dharma.
By registering as a member, the user (“Member”) agrees to comply with all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set forth in this Agreement.
2. Eligibility for Membership
2.1 Membership is strictly limited to individuals who identify as members of the Hindu community.
2.2 The organisation reserves the absolute right to verify the eligibility of any applicant and to approve or reject membership at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason.
2.3 Membership is non-transferable and intended solely for the registered individual or entity.
3. Nature of the Platform
3.1 The Platform operates as an online marketplace and networking forum where Members may:
Create and manage profiles;
Promote and advertise products or services;
Offer goods and services for sale;
Connect with other members for business purposes.
3.2 The Platform acts solely as a facilitator and shall not be considered a buyer, seller, agent, broker, or intermediary in any transaction.
3.3 All transactions are strictly between members, and the organisation has no direct involvement in such dealings.
4. Platform Fees and Charges
4.1 The Platform shall charge a service fee of 20% (twenty percent) on the total value of each successful transaction conducted through the Platform.
4.2 A transaction shall be deemed “successful” upon completion of delivery of the product or service to the customer.
4.3 The applicable platform fee shall be automatically deducted or payable as per the payment mechanism defined by the Platform.
5. Payment Settlement and Payout Terms
5.1 Payments for successful transactions shall not be released immediately upon completion of delivery.
5.2 The organisation shall hold the payment for a waiting period of 7 (seven) days from the date of confirmed delivery.
5.3 Upon completion of the 7-day waiting period and subject to no disputes, complaints, or return requests, the payment (after deduction of applicable platform fees) shall be released to the Member.
5.4 The organisation reserves the right to withhold or delay payments in case of disputes, complaints, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
6. Return, Refund, and Delivery Policy
6.1 Members offering products or services agree to provide a return/refund window of 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified.
6.2 In the event of a return:
The Member shall bear the cost of both forward and reverse delivery charges (i.e., two-way shipping costs).
The Platform shall not be responsible for any logistics or shipping costs.
6.3 The Member shall be responsible for handling all return requests, refunds, replacements, and customer communication.
7. Member Obligations and Code of Conduct
7.1 Members shall strictly comply with all Platform rules and guidelines.
7.2 Members shall not:
Post defamatory, abusive, or offensive content;
Engage in political discussions or unrelated conversations;
Share non-business or irrelevant content.
7.3 Members may only post business-related content, including advertisements and promotional materials.
7.4 Members shall maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times and shall not engage in personal attacks or harassment.
8. Prohibited Activities
8.1 Members shall not:
Engage in illegal or unlawful business activities;
Promote prohibited or fraudulent products/services;
Misrepresent offerings or provide false information.
8.2 Violations may result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
9. Fair Usage and Non-Interference
9.1 Members shall not defame, criticise, or negatively interfere with the business or services of other Members.
9.2 Ethical business conduct and fair competition are mandatory.
10. Content Responsibility
10.1 Members are solely responsible for:
Accuracy of content and advertisements;
Quality and delivery of products/services;
Any commitments made to customers.
10.2 The organisation does not verify or guarantee member content.
11. Transactions and Risk
11.1 All transactions are conducted at the sole risk and responsibility of the Members involved.
11.2 Members must perform proper due diligence before entering into any transaction.
12. Administrative Rights
12.1 The organisation reserves the absolute right to:
Approve or reject memberships;
Remove Members at any time;
Delete or modify any content.
12.2 All administrative decisions are final and not subject to dispute.
13. Non-Business Content Restriction
13.1 Members shall not post:
Greetings such as “Good Morning,” “Good afternoon", etc.;
Spam or irrelevant content;
Non-business-related messages.
14. Disclaimer of Liability
14.1 The organisation shall not be liable for:
Product defects or service issues;
Financial losses or disputes;
Any misconduct by Members.
14.2 The Platform is used entirely at the Member’s own risk.
15. Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organisation, its administrators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Use of the Platform;
Violation of this Agreement;
Disputes with other Members or customers.
16. Termination
16.1 Membership may be terminated at any time by the organisation without prior notice.
16.2 Upon termination, access to the Platform will be revoked.
17. Amendments
The organisation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the Vijayawada jurisdiction of competent courts.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HBC (Hindu Business Community) digital platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
1. Nature of Service – Third-Party Providers:
1.1 The HBC Platform functions exclusively as a digital intermediary designed to connect individuals ("Users") with third-party business and service providers ("Providers").
1.2 Users expressly acknowledge and agree that any and all services, goods, or products advertised, offered, or provided through the Platform are rendered by independent third-party Providers.
1.3 HBC, its officers, employees, management, agents, or affiliates (collectively, "HBC Entities") are in no way responsible or liable for, nor do they guarantee, the quality, quantity, purity, safety, legality, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any products, services, or businesses offered by Providers on the Platform.
1.4 Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, verification, and assessment of any Provider, their licenses, qualifications, certifications, and the nature of the products or services they offer, prior to engaging in any transaction or interaction. HBC Entities do not endorse, certify, or warrant the accuracy of any information provided by Providers on the Platform.
2. Platform Functionality – Digital Connection Only:
2.1 Users understand and agree that the HBC Platform is solely a digital facility for the purpose of facilitating connections between individuals and businesses.
2.2 The Platform does not engage in the sale, provision, delivery, or endorsement of any goods or services. Its function is strictly limited to providing a medium for Providers to list their offerings and for Users to discover such offerings.
2.3 HBC Entities do not participate in, supervise, or control any transactions, agreements, or interactions that may occur between Users and Providers outside of the Platform's core digital connection functionality.
3. Dispute Resolution and Limitation of Liability:
3.1 Users expressly acknowledge and agree that any and all disputes, claims, controversies, or disagreements arising out of or in connection with any transaction, interaction, or engagement between a User and a Provider shall be resolved directly and exclusively between the User and the Provider.
3.2 HBC Entities shall under no circumstances be a party to any such dispute, claim, controversy, or disagreement. Users hereby waive any right to bring any action, claim, or demand against HBC Entities in relation to disputes with Providers.
3.3 Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HBC Entities from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or in connection with any disputes between Users and Providers.
4. Platform Access and Termination:
4.1 HBC reserves all its rights, at its sole discretion, to deny, suspend, or terminate a User's access to all or any part of the Platform at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice or liability.
4.2 Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or any action deemed detrimental to the integrity or operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
5.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
5.2 Any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. Users hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
6. Advice and Promotion:
6.1 HBC may, from time to time, offer general advice, information, or insights related to business or services on the Platform. However, HBC will never promote, endorse, or recommend any particular business or service independently.
6.2 Any advice or information provided by HBC is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or guarantee of any specific Provider or their offerings.
6.3 It is the User's sole discretion and decision to act upon any advice, information, or engage with any Provider listed on the Platform. Users are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all information and advice.
7. Amendments to Terms:
7.1 HBC reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
7.2 Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
8. Severability:
8.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
9. Entire Agreement:
9.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HBC regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
