Bulk Order Policy

Global HBC – Bulk Order Policy

Effective Date: 14 August 2026

1. Purpose

Global HBC provides a dedicated bulk-order facility to help customers, retailers, distributors, institutions, businesses, and other organizations purchase products in larger quantities at competitive prices.

Bulk orders may be eligible for special pricing, quantity-based discounts, customized product requirements, and flexible delivery arrangements, subject to seller availability and product-specific terms.

2. Eligibility for Bulk Orders

A bulk order may be considered when the requested quantity exceeds the standard quantity normally purchased through the regular shopping process.

The minimum quantity required for a bulk order may vary depending on the product, seller, category, packaging, and availability.

3. Request for Bulk Quotation

Customers can submit a Bulk Quantity Quotation Request through Global HBC by providing:

·        Product name and/or product reference

·        Required quantity

·        Preferred specifications or variations

·        Delivery location

·        Preferred delivery date

·        Customer or business details

·        Any special packaging or customization requirements

Customers may be requested to provide additional information where necessary to prepare an accurate quotation.

4. Bulk Pricing

Bulk pricing is not automatically guaranteed and may vary based on:

·        Quantity requested

·        Product availability

·        Seller pricing

·        Raw material or market conditions

·        Product specifications

·        Packaging requirements

·        Delivery location

·        Shipping and logistics costs

·        Applicable taxes and charges

The final price will be communicated through the quotation provided by the relevant seller.

5. Multiple Seller Quotations

Where applicable, Global HBC may forward a bulk requirement to relevant verified sellers or suppliers.

Customers may receive quotations from one or more sellers and can compare the available offers based on price, quantity, delivery time, seller terms, and other applicable conditions.

Submission of a bulk quotation request does not guarantee that a quotation will be received.

6. Quotation Validity

Each quotation may have a specific validity period determined by the seller.

Prices, availability, delivery timelines, and other terms may change after the quotation validity period expires.

Customers should confirm and accept the quotation within the stated validity period.

7. Product Availability

Bulk orders are subject to product availability.

If the requested quantity is unavailable, the seller may:

·        Offer a partial quantity

·        Provide an alternative product or specification

·        Suggest a revised delivery schedule

·        Decline the request

Any alternative arrangement will be subject to customer approval.

8. Customization

Certain products may be available with customized specifications, packaging, quantity, or blend requirements.

For example, food and beverage products may offer customized blend ratios or packaging for bulk purchases, where supported by the seller.

Customized products may be subject to additional minimum quantities, pricing, production time, and special terms.

9. Payment

Payment terms for bulk orders may differ from standard retail orders.

Depending on the seller and order value, payment may require:

·        Full advance payment

·        Partial advance payment

·        Balance payment before dispatch

·        Other mutually agreed payment terms

The applicable payment terms will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

10. Taxes and Additional Charges

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, packaging charges, customization charges, and other additional costs may apply to bulk orders.

The final quotation should be reviewed carefully to understand the total payable amount before placing the order.

11. Delivery

Bulk orders may require additional processing and delivery time compared with regular orders.

Delivery timelines depend on:

·        Product availability

·        Order quantity

·        Seller location

·        Production requirements

·        Customization

·        Delivery destination

·        Logistics availability

The estimated delivery timeline will be communicated as part of the quotation or order confirmation.

12. Cancellation

Bulk orders may have different cancellation terms from standard orders, particularly when products are customized, specially manufactured, packed, or procured specifically for the customer.

Once a bulk order has been accepted and processing has commenced, cancellation may be restricted or may involve applicable charges.

Customers should review the seller's cancellation terms before confirming the order.

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds for bulk orders will be governed by the applicable Global HBC Return & Refund Policy and the specific seller's terms.

Customized, specially prepared, perishable, or made-to-order products may have limited or no return eligibility, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered under the applicable policy.

14. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect bulk shipments upon delivery and report any shortage, damage, incorrect product, or significant discrepancy within the applicable reporting period.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, invoices, delivery documents, or other information to support a claim.

15. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their quotations accurately describe:

·        Product specifications

·        Quantity

·        Price

·        Taxes and applicable charges

·        Delivery terms

·        Availability

·        Warranty, where applicable

·        Return or replacement conditions

·        Any other special terms

Sellers must fulfill accepted orders according to the agreed quotation and applicable Global HBC policies.

16. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

·        Required products

·        Quantities

·        Specifications

·        Contact details

·        Billing information

·        Delivery address

·        Special requirements

Customers should carefully review the quotation before accepting it.

17. Global HBC's Role

Global HBC provides the marketplace platform through which customers can discover sellers, submit bulk requirements, receive quotations, and facilitate business transactions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Global HBC does not manufacture the products and does not independently determine the seller's quotation price, product specifications, availability, or delivery schedule.

18. Quote Acceptance

A quotation becomes an order only after the customer accepts the quotation and completes the required confirmation and payment process, as applicable.

A quotation request itself does not constitute a purchase commitment.

19. Changes to Bulk Order Policy

Global HBC reserves the right to update or modify this Bulk Order Policy from time to time to reflect changes in business operations, marketplace requirements, applicable laws, or services.

The latest version published on the Global HBC website will apply to future bulk quotation requests and orders, subject to applicable law.

20. Customer Support

For assistance with bulk orders, quotation requests, seller responses, or order-related concerns, customers may contact Global HBC through the official customer support channels provided on the website.

Important Note

Bulk-order pricing, minimum quantities, payment terms, delivery schedules, customization options, and return conditions may vary by product and seller. Customers should review the quotation and applicable seller terms carefully before confirming a bulk order.
