These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, a business or service provider (referred to herein as "Provider," "You," or "Your"), and globalhbc.com, a unit of Sansra India Pvt. Ltd. (referred to herein as "globalhbc.com"), governing your access to and use of the globalhbc.com platform. By registering for and utilizing the globalhbc.com platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the globalhbc.com platform.
1. Platform Purpose and Scope
globalhbc.com serves exclusively as a digital marketplace and connection platform for Hindu businesses and service providers to connect with potential customers ("Users") who are in need of such services or products. globalhbc.com's role is strictly limited to facilitating this initial connection. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that globalhbc.com is in no way involved in, responsible for, or liable for any business dealings, transactions, agreements, or disputes that may arise between you and any User connected through the platform.
2. Provider Responsibilities
2.1 Licensing and Permissions
You are solely responsible for procuring and maintaining all necessary licenses, permits, registrations, and approvals required by any governmental or regulatory authority to conduct your business and provide your services. All costs associated with obtaining and maintaining these licenses shall be borne exclusively by you. globalhbc.com trusts that when you list your business on the platform, you have obtained all the required permissions and licenses. Globalhbc.com holds no responsibility for your compliance with such regulatory requirements.
2.2 Content and Representations
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and legality of all content, information, descriptions, images, and representations you provide on your globalhbc.com profile and in any communications through the platform. You warrant that all such content will not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
2.3 Business Conduct
You agree to conduct your business and interactions on globalhbc.com with integrity, professionalism, and respect. You will not engage in any activity that is fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or violates any applicable laws or the spirit of the globalhbc.com community. You acknowledge that you, as the business owner, are fully responsible for all actions and consequences related to product delivery, quality, and quantity in your dealings with Users.
2.4 Taxation and Compliance
You are solely responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting all applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), income tax, and any other central, state, or local taxes, duties, or levies, to the appropriate government authorities in accordance with prevailing laws. globalhbc.com will not be responsible for any tax liabilities arising from your business activities. You further agree to comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements applicable to your business or service provision.
3. Membership Fees and Guarantees
3.1 Non-Refundable Fees
Membership fees paid by you to globalhbc.com for access to and utilization of the platform are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation of your membership, termination of your account, or any changes in your business operations.
3.2 No Business Guarantee
globalhbc.com provides a platform for connection but makes no guarantees, promises, or representations regarding the volume of business, leads, or revenue that you will receive as a result of your membership. Your success on the platform depends on various factors, including the quality of your services, market demand, and your own business practices.

4.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, globalhbc.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
· Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the globalhbc.com platform.
· Any conduct or content of any third party on the globalhbc.com platform.
· Any content obtained from the globalhbc.com platform.
· Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
4.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless globalhbc.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

· Your business dealings or interactions with any User connected through the globalhbc.com platform.
5. General Disclaimers and Clauses

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond the party's reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, earthquake, strikes, labor disputes, natural disaster, acts of war, terrorism, governmental restrictions, or civil unrest.
6. Entire Agreement and Termination

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and globalhbc.com regarding your use of the platform as a business or service provider, superseding any prior agreements between you and globalhbc.com.
6.2 Account Termination
globalhbc.com reserves the sole and absolute right to remove or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or explanation. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these terms, inappropriate conduct, or for business operational reasons. globalhbc.com shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from such termination.
