Declaration of Religious Identity and Platform Participation

I, the undersigned, hereby declare my sincere and solid faithfulness to the principles, traditions, and belief of Hinduism. My identity as a Hindu is a fundamental part of which I am, profoundly shaping my values, practices, and worldview.

I understand and acknowledge that the HBC platform is a private community established exclusively for individuals who identify as Hindus. My intent to participate is solely for the purpose of engaging with fellow Hindus, promoting a dedicated and organized community based on our shared cultural and spiritual heritage.

By signing this declaration, I affirm that I am a follower of the Hindu religion.

I recognize that the integrity of this platform depends on the shared religious identity of its members. Therefore, I agree to the following terms:

·        Platform Exclusivity: This platform is strictly for Hindus.

·        Verification and Action: The HBC administration reserves the right to verify the religious identity of any member at any time.

·        Zero Tolerance Policy: Should it be discovered that a member does not belong to the Hindu religion, their membership will be terminated immediately.

·        No Refunds or Payouts: In such an event, the individual will be permanently removed from the platform without notice. Any fees paid will be forfeited, and no monetary payouts or incentives of any kind will be issued, regardless of their subscription status or earnings.

I affirm that my participation will consistently uphold these principles, ensuring that all my interactions contribute to a community united by our shared Hindu identity.
